Member Registration Fees

Please note that only MetSoc members with up to date subscriptions are eligible to benefit from the member registration fees. If you have any queries about your membership subscription, please click here.

Student Member Fees

To register as a student you must be a full time under- or post-graduate (BSc/Msc/Phd) student and a MetSoc member. Once registered please send proof of your student status to metsoc2022@abbeyuk.com

Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit/debit card at the time of registering.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received. On receipt of your registration form, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you by the conference organisers. If you have not received this within 5 working days of registering, please contact the conference organisers by emailing metsoc2022@abbeyuk.com

Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at the following email address: metsoc2022@abbeyuk.com

Cancellations made on or before 14th June 2022 will be refunded less £75 administration fee.
Cancellations made between 15th June to 14th July 2022, will be refunded 50% of your fees.
There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 15th July 2022.
No-shows will NOT be refunded.

Delegates will be able to change their registration from virtual to in-person (and vice versa) up until 31st July, but please note there will be a price difference to be settled. Please email metsoc2022@abbeyuk.com if you wish to change your registration type.

Visas
Non-EU participants may require a visa to enter the UK. To check if you need a UK visa please follow this link www.gov.uk. Delegates may also contact the consulate/embassy in their home country for further information.

If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Please email metsoc2022@abbeyuk.com to request a letter after you have registered and made payment. If your visa is declined, we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions.

Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy.
